FROM THE DEALERS

What did the dealers themselves say?

We asked each pilot what changed in their day-to-day — not just in the numbers.

"We stopped checking what ChatGPT was saying about us because we knew the answer — it was citing us. The schema work, the FAQ layer, the question-form H2s — once that was in place, the rest happened on its own."

GM · Zee Motors Dallas, TX · pilot 01

"Our BDC went from two people scrambling to two people doing real work. Vehicle Marketing Multiplier handles the first touch, sentiment-scores the conversation, and only escalates when there's a real human moment. Their time finally gets used right."

Marketing Director · Keller Ford Pennsylvania · pilot 02

"Commercial fleet buyers research like engineers. They want specs, capability data, and TCO. The FLEET layout speaks their language. Our RFQs got better, not just more. That changed the entire desk's conversation."

Owner · FAM Vans Southern California · pilot 03
THE PATTERN

What problem did all three dealers start with?

Before DealersGear, all three pilots looked operationally different. But under the hood, they had the same gaps. Different scale, same shape.

Before · the shared gaps

What all three had in common

  • No FAQPage schema on inventory pages — AI engines couldn't extract Q&A
  • Lead response in hours, not minutes — BDC overwhelmed by volume
  • Ad spend optimized for clicks, not for sold cars — no end-to-end attribution
  • Inventory + leads + calls + analytics in 4 separate tools
  • No visibility into AI engine citation patterns
After · what changed

The unified operating system

  • Schema on every page — FAQPage, Vehicle, AutoDealer, Offer all attached
  • 1m 47s median response — Vehicle Marketing Multiplier handles first touch
  • Cost-per-sold optimization — full attribution chain in AutoLink
  • One workspace for inventory, leads, calls, ads, analytics, CMS
  • Weekly LLM probes — citation tracking across 4 AI engines

QUESTIONS

Common questions.

Which dealerships are featured as DealersGear success stories?

Three pilot dealers are featured in detail: Zee Motors (Ford dealer in Dallas, TX), Keller Ford (Ford dealer in Pennsylvania), and FAM Vans (commercial fleet specialist in Southern California).

Each represents a different dealer segment — mass-market metro, regional Ford, and commercial — and each ran the full DealersGear stack (AutoLink + Website Engine + Vehicle Marketing Multiplier) for at least 90 days before metrics were recorded.

How are the metrics in these case studies measured?

All metrics are measured against a pre-DealersGear baseline taken during the first week of onboarding.

SEO metrics come from SEMrush. AI citation counts come from weekly probes against ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Claude. Ad-spend metrics come from Google Ads and Meta directly via API. Lead and sold-vehicle metrics come from the dealer's DMS (CDK, Reynolds and Reynolds, or Dealertrack). Every number is auditable by the dealer.

Are these results typical?

These are pilot dealers who agreed to publish their data. They are representative of dealers who actively use the platform but not guaranteed for every dealer. Outcomes depend on starting point, market, OEM, and how engaged the dealer team is during onboarding.

The free 47-point audit gives every dealer a clear baseline of where they stand before they decide whether to migrate.

Can I talk to one of the pilot dealers directly?

Yes. All three pilot dealers — Zee Motors, Keller Ford, and FAM Vans — have agreed to take reference calls from prospective DealersGear customers.

Book a strategy call with our team and we'll set up a 15-minute reference conversation with whichever dealer matches your segment most closely.

How long does it take to see results like these?

Most metrics show meaningful movement by day 30 post-launch. SEO ranking improvements stabilize around day 60. AI citation counts grow over 90+ days as AI engines re-crawl the new pages. Ad-spend optimization shows results within the first 14 days.

Full case studies cover the 90-day window because that's when patterns are statistically meaningful, not when results start.

Will my own dealership's data be used in case studies?

Only with your explicit written consent. Aggregate, anonymized data may appear in benchmark reports — for example "pilot dealers averaged +38% top-3 placement" — but no dealership is named, quoted, or visually represented without a signed authorization.

Most dealers prefer to stay anonymous; pilot dealers are the exception.
